We are proud to report that The Sterling Choice has followed in the footsteps of previous years and continued to go from strength to strength in 2019. The entire team has worked exceptionally hard, ensuring the company met its targets and demonstrating their ongoing commitment to their own professional development, as well as the business.
Last month, we introduced three new team members to the business. Although the new recruits are joining The Sterling Choice without prior recruitment experience, Matt, Maddy and Kirstin have come on board boasting years of experience in customer service, customer relations and marketing.

From prior experience recruiting for The Sterling Choice, individuals with careers in these sectors are people-focussed, with excellent communications skills and prone to perform well within the recruitment sector. Our new team members have already added a great deal of value to the team and with the right support and guidance, we look forward to seeing them continue to flourish in their new roles.
Furthermore, the new recruits joined in time to join us for our annual company family day held once again at renowned establishment, The Black Horse at Elton. Employees and their families were treated to an afternoon and evening of drinks, BBQ with a bouncy castle and soft play for the children.
This event was a wonderful way to celebrate our 6th year, before heading into a promising year seven, which is set to see further growth, expansion and exciting adventures.
