The Company

A Food Manufacturer focusing on ready to eat products, based in North Lincolnshire, are looking for a Commercial Manager. They need someone to look after National Grocery Retail accounts, negotiating deals, and, most importantly, finding new ways to grow the business.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Owning relationships with retailers like Morrisons and Aldi – keeping them happy and profitable
• Spotting new opportunities to grow the business (and acting on them)
• Working with internal teams – NPD, supply chain, marketing – to deliver what the retailers need, on time and in full

What you’ll need:

• You’ve done this before – working in the food industry, selling to retailers.
• You know how to get a deal done and keep people coming back for more
• You’re not afraid to get into the detail – whether it’s negotiating a contract or analysing market trends

What’s in it for you?

• Salary: £55k-65k (depending on experience)
• Bonus + car allowance
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office in North Lincolnshire
