Following a series of investment and positive change across the business, we are looking for CI Manager to support a new Site General Manager in the drive to introduce a CI culture to a busy food manufacturing site.
The business has significant backers and so does the CI Manager. This is a role that has been created from the top. The Operations Director, new in their post, understands the value and has a passion for continuous improvement that they would their right-hand person to support them in the start of the CI journey.
While there are no glaring issues, there are plenty of low-hanging fruit for you to get your teeth straight into. You’ll have your fun early on capturing those quick wins before you take a helicopter view and develop a plan for long-term success.
You’ll be operating as the sole, dedicated CI professional on site and will have a nice blend of strategic and hands on work as you collaborate with all departments to foster a true CI culture.
Background?
You’ll need a background in food manufacturing as a CI Manager, BI Manager, CI Lead, with a passion for making a difference.
