About the Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of production lines. This includes:

• Conducting proactive and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting faults to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with production teams to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Committing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• A strong electrical bias with mechanical aptitude.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry experience is a bonus!).
• A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• Knowledge of PLC fault-finding and automation systems.
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.
