What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry as an Engineering Shift Manager, Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, or similar role
• Passion: A strong desire to coach, mentor, and develop a team
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications (we can discuss specifics when we speak)
