As the Engineering Shift Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind keeping production lines humming and teams thriving. Here’s what you’ll get up to:
Lead and motivate your crew of engineering superheroes to tackle breakdowns and keep the wheels turning.
Roll up your sleeves to solve technical challenges and drive performance improvements.
️ Optimize preventative maintenance so downtime is just a distant memory.
Collaborate with production teams to keep everything running smoothly (and on time!).

Your Toolkit

To ace this role, you’ll need:
