The Role

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with:

• A L3 qualification in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the food, beverage, or FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills—a motivator and mentor!
• Technical expertise and the ability to think fast under pressure.
• Bonus: Familiarity with food industry compliance and standards.
