Shift Engineer
Coventry | 12-hour shifts (4on 4off 2days 2nights)
You fix things before they break. You know your way around an automated line and you’ve got enough electrical or mechanical know-how to keep production running when others panic.
This isn’t a desk job – you’ll be out on the floor, getting hands-on with machines, tools, and a solid team who know their stuff. When something stops working, you’ll get it going again. Safely. Properly. Without drama.
You’ll need:
FMCG Industry experience is a big plus. PLC, pneumatics, or hydraulics experience? Even better.
You’ll be working with people who care about doing things right — safely, efficiently, and with pride in what leaves the line.
