Maintenance Manager

Location: West Midlands
Salary: £70,000

Are you ready to lead a team of engineers on an exciting, brand-new site? We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take charge of our Engineering and Maintenance teams. You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, boosting efficiency, and driving projects that enhance productivity and quality at our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineering teams
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and capital projects
  • Implement predictive & preventative maintenance strategies
  • Collaborate across departments to introduce new products smoothly

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience leading Manufacturing/Maintenance teams
  • Expertise in Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and CAD software 
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • ERP proficiency and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges
