This is a fantastic opportunity to join a food manufacturing business that has undergone significant transformation. Following a wave of new appointments across the group, along with a rebranding, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Factory Manager to lead the teams, enhance operations, and drive growth at the site.
You’ll be working closely with a newly appointed General Manager—an industry veteran who is grounded, approachable, and passionate about people and continuous improvement.
As a leader, you must be passionate about team development, with a proven track record of upskilling employees and succession planning. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of improvement across the site, collaborating with the Business Improvement Manager to deliver meaningful change.
You will have the autonomy to implement improvements as you see fit, while helping to shape the long-term vision and strategy for the site.
What’s your background?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience as an Operations Manager, Factory Manager, Head of Operations, or a similar role within the food manufacturing sector. A stable career history with demonstrated growth and success is essential as you look to take the next step in your journey.
