People Partner Maternity Cover in Food Manufacturing – (9 Month Fixed Term Contract) – Leicester – £45,000  – Manufacturing Experience Mandatory

The Role:

This isn’t your average HR role. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related.

• Leading on ER casework and coaching the management team.
• Being the HR guru for employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategy, supporting the other People Partner’s ad Advisors on site.
• We need a Do-er – someone that is hands on and will be involved in a range of HR Tasks wherever necessary.

What You Need to have:

• A solid background as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG, but any senior HR experience in Manufacturing is a must.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and all that regulatory stuff.
• Stellar communication and people skills. You’ll need to influence and build relationships at every level.
