Following a strategic shift and a period of stabilisation, our client is seeking a proactive Senior Production Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of 50 across 4-5 production lines. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring optimal performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll be instrumental in developing, coaching, and upskilling your team, enabling them to meet and exceed their potential.

In addition to overseeing production, you’ll handle key HR responsibilities including Return to Work (RTW) processes, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, holiday management, and conducting thorough investigations when needed.
