If you have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and are ready to make a positive impact, I want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing processes to meet business goals and production schedules.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Develop and train a well-balanced, multiskilled team.
• Maintain quality standards for food safety and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
• Achieve business KPIs focused on yield, labour, and line efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing small teams.
• Experience in the FMCG food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
• Experience in an ambient/chilled supply environment is advantageous.
