As a QA within this dynamic and innovative technical team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bread meets food safety, quality, and integrity standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate documentation, auditing production processes, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You’ll also conduct various audits, verify equipment accuracy, and lead investigations when issues arise. In addition, you’ll provide training and support to colleagues on food safety and quality controls.
