QA Supervisor

Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday- Friday

I am recruiting on behalf of a successful business in the Manchester area. They are looking for a QA Supervisor to join the team.

You will need to have experience in the food industry, leading a team of QA’s. This role will see you responsible for leading a small team of QA’s who are good at what they do. You will be working together driving compliance to industry standards (CLAS, BRC, HACCP) and working to improve safety, quality, and authenticity of their products.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage internal audits and quality metrics, identifying improvement areas.
• Lead and train your team, ensuring skilled cover and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Oversee laboratory maintenance and support external audits.

What You’ll Need:

• Supervisory experience in QA and food manufacturing.
• HACCP and food safety training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
