Senior Process Technologist

Food Manufacturing

Location: South Lincolnshire

Salary: c£35,000

A role that will allow you to work Monday to Friday office hours in the chilled category within the food manufacturing industry. In this role, you will oversee projects, manage trials, ensure timely product launches and collaboration with various departments is key to achieving project goals and managing customer approvals. You will also be responsible for developing plans, managing budgets, and communicating cost impacts. Identifying and implementing process improvements and ensuring readiness for audits are essential parts of the role. Maintaining a safe work environment and supporting health and safety initiatives are also critical responsibilities.

To be successful you will need skills in project management, and problem-solving, as well as having excellent communication and analytical abilities. A commitment to safety and continuous improvement is essential. This role is ideal for experienced process technologists looking for a dynamic position in product development or the next step in their career.
