Quality Assurance Assistant – Night Shift

This stand-alone role on permanent nights offers autonomy to take ownership of quality processes, with support from the production team when needed.

You’ll:

• Inspect production processes and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and BRC.
• Conduct product testing, including allergen swabs and taste panels.
• Keep detailed records and support internal audits.
• Help train staff on food safety practices.

The Essentials:

• 2+ years of QA experience.
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• A driving license and your own vehicle (no public transport available).
