Role and Responsibilities: As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Database Management: Maintain and update technical databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on products, specifications, and quality standards.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documentation, including product specifications, compliance records, and quality assurance reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality control, and supply chain to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external partners, addressing queries and resolving issues related to product specifications and technical data.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in quality control processes by monitoring and documenting product testing procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to the implementation of best practices for technical administration.
