We're seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator to join the team.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Database Management: Maintain and update technical databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on products, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documentation, including product specifications, compliance records, and quality assurance reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality control, and supply chain to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external partners, addressing queries and resolving issues related to product specifications and technical data.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in quality control processes by monitoring and documenting product testing procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to the implementation of best practices for technical administration.

Qualifications or experience required:

  • Strong administration skills & experience
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and explain technical information clearly.
  • Organisation Skills: Excellent organisation and multitasking skills to manage various tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with database management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
