As Assistant Technical Manager here, you'll have the full support and backing from the GM to drive and implement the relevant changes.

In terms of the day to day, the role will have more of a Technical Services/Compliance focus and you'll have the day to day management of a team of 4 to look after!
Supplying a complex product type to multiple retailers you'll need to prove you have the ability to work at pace and spin plates. I'm sure you know what it's like trying to keep all the customers happy at the same time!
It will be a challenging role, but at the same time there'll be a big sense of achievement and accomplishment when you get it right, and your good work will certainly be recognised!
