B2B Regional Sales Manager - South Wales, the South West of England and M5 corridor. Home based.

A brand new Business to Business Regional Sales Manager opportunity has been created due to the ongoing growth and success of the most forward thinking and innovative window and door manufacturer and fabricator in the UK.

This company never settles. It has recently heavily invested in new machinery to the tune of over £3m and their production plant has expanded over time from 5,000 sq.ft to over 50,000 sq.ft. Their unwavering passion for continual development and investment mirrors their unwavering standards – they proudly and passionately ensure they provide all of their trade outlets and retail installers with the most technically advanced as well as rigorously hand-finished products on the market with faster turnaround times alongisde delivering complete customer satisfaction.

As the new Regional Sales Manager covering South Wales, the South West of England and M5 corridor, you will have a key role developing relationships with new customers to win business and market share as well as maintain and develop existing customer accounts.  Delivering a fully integrated sales journey, including planning and forecasting customer activity and monitoring profit targets, you will ensure that the business continues to retain its exceptional status in the marketplace.  Reporting to the Sales Director weekly on area activity, sales performance and competitor activity is also a fundamental part of your role, with responsibility for overseeing all new product launches to customers and ensuring that the whole product range is sold into an account.

Yes proven and significant experience in a similar high-targeted sales role, where you have passionately built rewarding and long lasting customer relationships is required as a given. So too is your well-developed business sense and strong knowledge and experience of B2B demand generation and B2C support for customer requirements. However, it will be your creative mindset and highly driven, confident and enthusiastic approach that will be crucial to your success in this role. Being a true self-starter with second to none communication, influencing and people skills will really see you prosper and make your mark within this special company.

A flexible working attitude is crucial as this role may include working evenings and/or weekend working and overnight stays away from home.  A valid UK driving license is essential too as although this role is home based significant travel will be required to cover the geographic patch you are responsible for as well as attend meetings at the company’s Headquarters in Leicestershire.
