Our beloved FMCG Industry is facing numerous and well documented challenges as we move away from COVID and other external factors and repeatedly delivers solutions. We are looking for an innovator and CI expert to bring fresh ideas and approaches for one of our major clients.

The role of the Business Improvements Manager will be dedicated to leading the site’s adaptation and change to deliver outstanding results in an ever changing environment.

Sitting within the leadership team you’ll develop & carry out BI strategies, reviewing LEAN Manufacturing & CI techniques.

This will encompass working with people at all levels within the business to maximise all investments and assist employees in any changes in processes and mindset.

Defining the site targets alongside the associated costs of goods, labour, materials to feature as part of the site’s main goals will be your responsibility and using existing roadmap or creating new goals along the way.

Coaching and development and being the guide to future success and achievements is very much available to you here. Using the suite of tools available and the best deployment of these to succeed.

You’ll lead all member of the site BI team and offer support and direction to achieve those collective goals.

Sounding like you so far?...

What we’re looking for :-

  • Previous manufacturing experience in a recognised world class / lean organisation
  • Proven track record of delivering results using Business Improvement techniques
  • Effective leader of business process change and site improvement plans 
  • PC literacy – skilled with analytical software plus competent user of MS office suite
  • Ability to deliver training and coaching
  • Experience of facilitating group problem solving sessions
  • Program and project management skills
