Customer Service Representative
A very well known FMCG company has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive customer services team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, and while you will often be challenged in this fast paced role, you will also have the support you need to succeed.
In your role you will be responsible for;
Experience in a similar role using SAP and/or EDI ordering preferably in a manufacturing environment with exposure to warehouse and monitoring stock levels as well as using a finance invoice system raising POs, processing and raising invoices would be beneficial. What is crucial however is that you have proven experience in a role where you have really developed your strong natural skills in problem solving and customer service. Also you will need to be numerate, methodical, detail conscious and a strong computer user, very comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
This is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave for up to 12 months, based in a borough outside Stockton-on-Tees working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, paying up to £23,000 pro rata and is looking to start asap.
