The company have been established for 30 years and in that period have opened further sites and continued to grow at a fast pace. Due to further expansion within the business, they are looking for a strong electrical bias engineer with a background in heavy industry or manufacturing to join them.
As an electrical engineer, you will be involved in all aspects of engineering from preventative to reactive. The site runs on a 24/7 so a lot of the time will be based around keeping down time to a minimum.
The right person will need to have a minimum of NVQ or City and guilds in electrical engineering while also any knowledge and understanding on PLCs would be an advantage. You will be required to have understanding of mechanical functions also.
In return you will be working for one of the largest growing companies in the area who are continually investing in there staff and site. There will be further opportunities to progress your career through their extensive training program.
