Fast paced manufacturing company who have recently gone through large investment on there current site.
The position will also offer the benefit of working no night shifts!. Oh and not to forget every other weekend off!.
As a multi-skilled engineer, you will be responsible for working on proactive and reactive maintenance as well as getting involved in project and improvement work as and when required. You will need to have an energetic approach to engineering and maintenance with an eye for detail and a passion for minimising down time. You will be joining a growing department that has gone through large amounts of growth and have further plans for investment on the current site. With a structured approach to maintenance and a successful track record in improving site and machine performance.

To be a good fit for this job there are a few things you’ll need. Firstly, you’ll ideally need to be comfortable working in multi skilled maintenance position. You should also have good experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (e.g. food, FMCG). You should be used to working in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive mindset. If you are a time-serviced apprentice (or equivalent) with any further supporting qualifications (e.g. 17th / 18th edition) then this is also highly advantageous.
However, if you do not meet all of the listed criteria but are looking to expand your skillset then do not rule yourself out.
