 As our business expands across the country, we seek a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our team and drive our growth.

About the Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Minimizing Downtime: Implement strategies to reduce production interruptions and maintain continuous operation.

• Team Management: Lead and inspire a skilled engineering team, overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring optimal performance.

• Senior Management Reporting: Regularly update and report to the board and senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with a wealth of experience in heavy industry or manufacturing, although this is not essential. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven track record in minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency.

Excellent project management skills, from design through to execution.

The ability to effectively communicate and report to senior management.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a generous package that includes:

Base Salary: £65,000 – £72,000
