Engineering Team Leader

Salary: £48,000-£50,000
Are you a multi-skilled engineer who has previous supervisory experience within food/FMCG and looking to take the next step?
This is a great opportunity in one of the leading food processing companies to build knowledge and develop as a leader!
You are required to have proven hands on mechanical and electrical experience and a relevant level 3 Engineering qualification.
This position is a Nights 4 on 4 off shift pattern offering a competitive salary, life insurance and opportunity to develop.
This role offers plenty of opportunity for further progression within your Engineering career with onsite training and suport from the team.
You will manage several multi-disciplined engineers, ensuring breakdowns are responded to in a timely manner, implementing/developing the planned maintenance strategy, ensuring all engineering activity complies with H&S standards.
