Working with a great business that are ever increasing in demand and output, in 2009 they were working to 3m units per year now 250m to offer some scope. They offer a range of white label goods to a wide range of supermarket customers; the chances are you’ll have sampled their wares at one time.
The position covers 2 manufacturing sites in South Wales you will be given autonomy & accountability in delivering a successful implementation & ongoing improvement of the use of their ERP System (Sage X3).
This is a role working across all business disciplines from looking at Intake, Raw Materials, Production, CI, Supply Chain, Quality/Technical, Logistics, Finance, Commercial etc.
Working alongside the CFO who is a great person by all ends up, a leader who offers freedom & creativity to allow a professional like you to perform at your best.
You can expect to be communicating with all staff from shop-floor to boardroom, understanding the current processes in each area & of course looking to develop & synchronise.
To be clear, this is a blank canvass for you. Starting these projects from the ground up with support of your manager and wider team in different parts of the world.

As we mentioned earlier, you’ll be driven by solutions, this is all about improving an already strong & successfully business.
Great communication with various stakeholders & colleagues will be key in understanding what is there already & presenting your vision on what could be is key.
Experience in delivering ERP solutions in a manufacturing environment is essentially- ideally FMCG / Food based products.
You maybe in a different job function or role as its stands, suitable paths to this role could be Process Engineering, CI Manager, Supply Chain Manager for example – the key aspect is you will have lead ERP Projects and have the depth of knowledge to advise this business on how to get the best of what is available.
