A facilities maintenance engineering position has arisen at a major food manufacturer and they are looking to speak to candidates immediately.
The role will have a site services focus and cover boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, compressors, effluent treatment etc. Being part of the maintenance team, this role will be both proactive and reactive and will cover the whole site and all facilities.
As part of the food industry, you'll be part of a growing company who has been extremely successful over the last few years. To be successful, you should be used to working in a fast paced environment and have a proactive mindset.
To be a good fit for this job there are a few things you’ll need. Firstly, you’ll ideally need to be electrically biased and qualified. Alternatively, if you are mechanically biased but confident electrically then this is also ok. Ideally, you will have experience working in the food, FMCG or a fast paced manufacturing envrionment and be confident across site services and facilities.
However, if you do not meet all of the listed criteria but are looking to expand your skillset then do not rule yourself out.
