The day job?
Aside from the people responsibility you don’t need me to explain the day to day of a HR Advisor. You'll be managing a HR Administrator and a compliance team that have a mixture of strong characters. You'll play a part in their development but its essential that you can manage strong characters who aren't used to change. What may be worth explaining is that you’ll play a part in supporting, coaching and challenging the management team as well as leading a number of projects.
What background do you need?
This is quite an open brief, but you will need previous experience as a HR Advisor within a Food Distribution / Logistics business and most importantly a friendly, approachable and welcoming character.
