HR Business Partner / HRBP / Site HR Manager – the role

The successful HR Business Partner / HRBP / Site HR Manager will be a credible and proactive member of the site leadership team, responsible for delivering the strategic HR plan for the site and this plan will link into the Group Strategic HR Plan.

HR Business Partner / HRBP / Site HR Manager - Required skills, experience & qualifications;

  • CIPD qualified with a passion for HR excellence, fully demonstrated by a proven track record in a similar HR BP / Site Lead HR Manager position from a large fast paced FMCG site 
  • Proven success in adding value and improving operational efficiencies through managing cost & people development, as well as experience of reducing absence levels and improving attrition
  • Unionised workforce experience (including leading union negotiations) and well-honed industrial relations / conflict resolution experience
  • Previous involvement in organisational change and restructuring to meet business needs, customer needs and desire for continuous improvement
