Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and optimising food production machinery.
• Troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies for enhanced production.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (multi-skilled preferred)
• Proven experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
