Manufacturing Manager – The big picture here is you will be developing a great culture and unified teams driving continuous improvement via your strategy and people management.

Looking around there is always an opportunity for new ideas and taking a different view to achieve progression.

You’ll look after a good-sized Production team, via your direct reports of managers & supervisors.  As we talked about earlier offering leadership, empowerment on a collective journey of success.

What will you need to be successful?

Essential requirements: -

• Proven Production / Manufacturing / Operational Management experience within a production environment 
• Passionate about CI
• Driven, motivated with the ability to set a culture to follow your example
• Structured in people development skills & knowledge
