One of the area's leaders in food manufacturing are recruiting for Multi Skilled Engineers to join their Liverpool based team.
As a multi-skilled engineer, you will be responsible for working on proactive and reactive maintenance as well as getting involved in project and improvement work as and when required. You will need to have an energetic approach to enginering and maintenance with an eye for detail and a passion for minimising down time. You will be joining a growing department with a structured approach to maintenance and a successful track record in improving site and machine performance.

This position is working a Monday - Friday days position.
To be a good fit for this job there are a few things you’ll need. Firstly, you’ll ideally need to be comfortable working in multi skilled maintenance position, ideally with an electrical bias. You should also have good experience working in a manufacturing environment and if you are comfortable working with fast paced food and FMCG machinery then this is also advantageous. You should be used to working in a fast paced environment and have a proactive mindset. If you are a time-serviced apprentice (or equivalent) with any further supporting qualifications then this is also highly advantageous.
However, if you do not meet all of the listed criteria but are looking to expand your skillset then do not rule yourself out.
