Do you prefer working those night shifts?
This is a new opportunity with one of the leaders in the UK food manufacturing sector focusing on all things maintenance working on a 4 on 4 off nightshift pattern.
The role will be varied and will cover elements of proactive and reactive maintenance, shift handovers, asset refurbishment, reliability improvements and contractor supervision etc. Due to being on the night shift, this will allow you to focus on planned maintenance during down time and you'll be working closely with the hygiene team to ensure the site is fully prepared for start-up.
You will also be helping to manage the CMMS and ensuring it is up to date so any experience of this is advantageous.
If you are based in the Lincolnshire area or are open to relocation and are looking for an opportunity where you will be kept on your toes in an exciting environment then this could be the right move for you. You’ll be part of an exciting and challenging team with plenty of opportunities to progress and develop further down the line. Operating on a national scale, this opportunity is a great chance to join a team where you will be able to influence the day to day running of the site but also be supported as a key team player.
Ideally, you should be comfortable across electrical and mechanical engineering and have worked in multi-skilled positions over your career. Experience working in the food industry is highly advantageous but they are also interested in speaking to people with fast paced manufacturing backgrounds. If you are comfortable working in a multi-skilled maintenance role in the food industry and will be able to hit the ground running then this role could be the ideal next move for you.
If you are a time served apprentice (or equivalent) this is also a benefit. If this sounds like the role for you and you are ticking the boxes then I look forward to receiving your application. If you do not meet everything mentioned then do not be put off from applying as I am looking to hear from engineers of all backgrounds.
