Night Shift Manager
UK Wide, relocation likely required.
£35,000 - £37,500
Sailing off into the sunset sound like a dream.
Perhaps it can be reality.
Rather than sailing into the sunset, why not settle in a natural haven and a hidden gem in the hills, this could be the move to the countryside you always dreamed of.
This picturesque town is a beautiful base to access one of the UK’s best mountain ranges, 5 miles from the beach, overwhelmed with mountain biking trails and comes with the outdoor lifestyle that the 21st century seems to have taken us away from.
The job is great too!
You’ll be joining a Food Manufacturing business that has recently been part of a buy out and cash injection to revitalise their operation and improve on the already impressive numbers that they produce.
Naturally being in a rural location tends to mean that the work culture can be somewhat longstanding, old-school and slightly outdated. As Night Shift Manager, you will be coming into the role to lead a behavioural culture change through driving accountability, strict processes and introduce new ways of working.
You will need to have a presence about you and not be afraid challenge long-standing members of the team when looking to improve on the current on site practices.
Now look, it’s not just about changing the culture.
As Night Shift Manager, you will be the most senior on site and equally be accountable for everything that goes on. That counts for Production, Logistics, Engineering and Hygiene.
For the right person, It will be a fantastic role. Something you can settle into and really make your own. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that you get (almost) unlimited access to the amazing products they produce!
How do you apply?
I’m looking for someone who is looking to relocate.
Although it would be ideal, a food background is not essential but you’ll need solid experience as a Night Shift Manager / Production Manager in a Manufacturing environment.
If you’re at the point in life where you’re ready to commit to a move to the countryside and fancy a nice Monday to Friday role that you can settle into with great benefits, a great salary and a great team of 20 to lead.
Now if you are interested and want to find out more then apply below, send your CV to Daniel Szymanski (firstname.lastname@example.org) or pop me a call on 01733 391 515.
