Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Do you get a kick from project deadlines? Launched hundreds of products in your time? Bit of a plate spinner?

The long and short of it, is that you'll be operating a helicopter view on all product launches, ensuring deadlines are met and products are on the shelves when scheduled! And there's a lot of them.
This isn't a normal single site NPD Manager role. There’s very little by the way of innovation/product development – that’s down to your peers! You’re there to project manage and push the delivery of multiple projects in line with the stage gate process. Ensuring the smoothest possible transition from concept through to live product in the market.
What do you need? Well firstly you’ll need to be coming in with food manufacturing experience. Those of you with that experience will know that it’s an industry like no other. Ideally this experience will be in some form of project management/product development/process management where you’re used to working cross-functionally and delivering on product launches.
You’ll be stepping into a long standing and stable business with a great history and more importantly a really good working environment. No politics, everyone pulling in the same direction to reach the same goal.
