Im working with a Leading player in this market and have an opportunity that will give you site responsibility with the aim to help push the company to the next steps in their big plans.

You will need to have the ability to develop and grow strong and reliable teams

This is a 24/7 Operation so production never stops. This is why you will need to build a strong team that you can rely on to make sure KPI’s are still met away from your Monday – Friday based role.

If you are applying to this role, I’m guessing you will have bags of experience within Production Management, Turning around sites, Commissioning new Equipment and driving performances. These will be essential skills all employers will be looking for. A massive one for my client is managing people and process to the very best and pushing performance from the shop floor upwards.
