Procurement Co-Ordinator - The role
The successful Procurement Co-Ordinator will have a key role in supporting the Business Procurement Managers in the coordination, management, and implementation of Procurement initiatives and processes at their designated manufacturing site. Your role will be varied and fast paced, supporting with day-to-day Procurement challenges and being the key point of contact for any procurement requests for information and escalation, driving problem resolution and conducting root cause analysis.
The Procurement Co-ordinator role will involve working with various departments to obtain, validate and cleanse information securing best contracting position. You will own and be responsible for the delivery of Supplier Scorecards and KPI’s, enabling the successful delivery of the Supplier Management programme. Working with Procurement and the site in the identification of procurement risk and opportunities, promoting these with the appropriate function, driving added value and improved ways of working. You will also be responsible for support and management of Procurement data and administration within the site, ensuring both integrity and timeliness, and clear communication as required to relevant stakeholders.
