As they embark on this exciting journey of growth, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.
Position Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the department manufacturing processes and contribute to the continued success of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and a track record of implementing process enhancements.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
