Here we have an opportunity to join a successful FMCG business, supplying a range some of the best-known brands to supermarkets & food service outlets across the world.

I’ve no doubt you’ll have sampled & snacked on some of said products & if you’re anything like me can’t put them down once you’ve started!

We have a need to join the Commercial team in strategic Project Management role here.

What would you be doing?...

 

You’ll be responsible for pulling together efforts & delegating tasks from various teams & individuals within the business, all in the name of delivering superb products & end results for our supermarket customers (and the rest of us to enjoy at home).

Managing large portfolios of revenue opportunities within a set customer base, you will form the key point of contact & communication across the business.

This will be dealing with a number of ongoing projects which could be new product launches, promotional campaigns, brand activity – essentially any commercial projects!

Goals be defined, you’ll also keep tabs on financials looking to achieve budgets & being aware of success or any potential risks.

Close collaboration externally & internally is key to success here, you’ll be working with various category manager, NAM, Supply Chain & Marketing.

You’ll be based from Norwich offices (hybrid working normally 2 days a week in office).

What you will need to be successful here...

We are looking for experience within a Food Manufacturing business, supplying into the major supermarkets & retailers.

You’ll be experienced in customer contact from the above sector and likely have experience in one or more of the following positions: -

  • Project Manager
  • Coordinator
  • Sales Support
  • Account Manager
  • Business Development
  • Brand Manager
  • Demand / Supply Planner

All in all, you’ll understand the demands of filling a national supermarkets shelves & with this a passion to progress within the industry.

Combine this with someone who is comfortable & enjoys interacting with customers, working together to find solutions.

You'll need to be a good communicator and be confident enough to voice your plans and innovative solutions.

Essential requirements

  • Supermarket / Retailer experience – M&S / Morrisons / Tesco / Aldi / Lidl for e.g
  • Organised & delegate tasks
  • Can take a project from start to finish
  • Great communicator – enjoys engaging with customers
