Changing jobs is stressful.
It's up there with moving house, having a kid, knowing there's an unannounced customer audit coming up...
How do you pick the right one?
Ultimately, when it comes to QA work, you need to find a business that respects food safety and quality and isn't just about the numbers.
As a QA here, you will get full support from senior management to apply the necessary quality standards across the site. I can vouch for the senior management team on this occassion as we have met with them a number of times.
You'll get to work in a factory under a recognised name and with the size of the technical team, there will be plenty of opportunity to work your way up in the future and navigate through the technical team if that is the long term path you are looking to take.
Your new employer is big on internal promotion too, so even if you want to try your hand in another department, there will be the chance to do so once you have earnt your stripes.
You'll be given full training and put through relative courses that will really add to your experience and CV, all with the goal of making you the best QA you can be.
So, if you're considering other options at the moment and want to have a chat about quality / tech jobs, get in touch with Hannah on 01733 391 515.
