QA Supervisor (Two roles available) 

£30,000

Both working Monday - Friday, one being a morning shift and the other being the back shift.

I am working with a leading player in the food industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality and delicious products to consumers nationwide. With their continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, they have built a reputation for delivering the finest food products in the market. They are now seeking TWO highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor's to join the team and contribute to our continued success.

As an established QA Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will lead a team of dedicated QA professionals, oversee quality control processes, and work closely with production teams to maintain our unwavering commitment to delivering safe and superior food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the QA team to achieve their best performance, working towards a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality specifications.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant food safety regulations and ensure that all products adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to address quality issues, resolve problems, and improve overall product quality.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse quality data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections, ensuring that the facility is audit-ready at all times.
  • Training: Provide training and development opportunities to QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
