This is a newly created position in a business that has recently gone through a cultural and operational transformation.
Following a change in structure, the team and the culture, the business is more forward thinking and look to give autonomy to each manager.
This role has been created by the QA Manager to offer a level of shop floor support to the on-site quality teams, supporting challenges, developing the team and making key decisions when it comes to quality standards on site.
The food manufacturing site has seen significant investment over the last few years and have several projects, to modernise the business that you will play a key part in.
You’ll be joining a fantastic quality/technical team, with friendly, down to earth personalities who want to see you thrive.
For this one, we need you to have a background as a Quality Supervisor, QA Supervisor, Quality Team Leader or QA Team Leader in the Food Manufacturing industry, ideally one supplying major retailers.
Food Safety and HACCP Level 3 would be ideal but not essential and can be offered as training if needed.
