Well 2021 hasn't started as we had hoped with another lock down, but if we can take anything from the situation is that food never stops! This business in perticular have been consistently busy so that all important security is here.
The difference between this job and some of the others out there at the moment is that the team have time to train the successful individual, you can have a background working as a line leader, quality assistant or an operative within the food industry and do well here. Personality and determination isn't something that can be taught so if you have these life skills and show that in interview you'll likely be hired! Then the fun really starts with your career.
The business works with the majority of the major retailers supplying fresh produce, they don't have a quiet period as such so you will have plenty of time to learn and to gain exposure to other areas of the technical and quality structure all year round.
Day to day responsibilties will differ, but that is what everyone wants. No two days will be the same which keeps your mind active and switched on. Full training will be provided but you will need to have some sort of food industry background.
