This role is fairly unique & I’d hope for anyone who nodded yes to the answers above a fantastic opportunity, SAP/ERP Systems skills are in demand and certainly this role offers to develop to a true SAP Specialist.

A business that is going major funding to improve their IT following a recent takeover.

If we pictured a scene where investment was limited for a period and now the door is wide open & we are needing people with the idea & expertise to maximise service levels.

What will you be doing?...

The role covers to areas.

1. General users support, you’d be receiving calls or IT Support tickets for when users are needing assistance.

Using questions & then being able to guide the user to resolve the issue. This maybe simply training aspects or something more system based or technical.

1. Projects – As with many businesses the appetite to improve or customise the use of SAP is there & regularly there will be items the current system can be developed. You will receive the request & working with your Team Lead will discover viability & come up with a plan on how to implement enhancements. This will be an full end to end process.

The role splits approx. 40% general support and 60% projects, with this you’ll know how people are using & wanting the system to work & add value to the lost souls needing your help and the companies’ greater goals!

What will you need to be successful here?...

• SAP – Experience, daily user
• Good with technology & also good with people
• Customer centric
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Any SAP configuration / implementation / support experience – highly prized

The SAP knowledge can come from a variety of roles, supply chain, procurement, finance, manufacturing, IT, HR for example.

What is key is that you enjoy SAP & as we said earlier can help others.

You’ll have a good technical mindset in the processes involved & capable in picking up new information.

Any experience in IT Support roles is advantageous.

Most importantly – you want to take a career down a specialist SAP route!
