An opportunity has become available for a Senior Commercial Sales Manager to join the On The Go business unit for an established food manufacturer with well known brands, a clear sense of purpose and strong values.
The successful Senior Commercial Manager will be required to deliver ambitious top line growth for the OTG portfolio covering the drinks as well as Nutrition brands through new business development as well as through existing customers. The successful individual will be responsible for setting & delivering the OTG annual Budget P&L across all customers & channels and setting the OTG Sales, Channel, Route to Market and Promotional strategy & guardrails.
To be successful in this position the individual will be need to be a category expert having had similar proven successful experience driving growth of a new product and establishing a new category, ideally drinks based with senior account management of major convenience & grocery accounts in big and small brands. You will need to be extremely commercially competent, passionate, and incredibly driven. The successful candidate will need to set the strategy and lead it by being very hands on. A decision maker is needed – someone who is assertive, confident, someone who gives clear direction and crucially delivers with pace.
