Over in the Kent area I am working with a Fresh Produce Manufacturer that is need of an experienced Senior Production Supervisor to sit in behind the Shift Production Manager and offer support to the shift by leading day to day operations on the floor with a little bit of admin work thrown in. You’ll be responsible for around 60 people running 5 lines, 5 Team Leaders and 5 Machine Operators. They are an ambitious company in the world of fresh produce and like to put their people in the heart of everything they do whilst being focussed on sustainable long term goals.
You will need experience in managing operations in a food manufacturing business, preferably fresh produce but other areas will be considered within food. You will be part of a team that helps train and mentor new starters and Team Leaders and will be a hands-on person and making sure all KPI’s are hit as well as making sure H&S and Food Safety Standards are upheld.
