That’s why we’re taking a different approach to our internal recruitment. Just to give a bit of background to the story – In a few months we’ll be ending our 8th year! When we all went in to lockdown back in March 2020, pretty much all of us worked from home, some loved it, others accepted it for the short term and well….others hated it full stop. This advert is aimed at the “WFH Warriors” or the people who thrive on flexibility in their work environment!
Our business recruits for Clients from Durness down to Southampton, Lowestoft across to Aberystwyth. We’ve placed candidates in North America, South Africa, Australia, Germany, Holland and Mongolia.
The way the world interacts is changing and so is Recruitment! Whilst we love the office environment our team has created, we also recognise and appreciate that there are very good Recruiters out there across the country that love the autonomy and flexibility that working from home provides.
For that reason, we are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team. We operate within the Food, FMCG and Engineering sectors. This does not mean that we are not open to the knowledge and skills that recruiters from other sectors can bring. We are an ambitious business and keen to expand our offering to new markets.
Being based in the world-renowned city of Peterborough means that our office is fairly accessible for most within a few hours. I mention the office location as we would need our WFH Warriors to be able to get to the office at least one day per month.
Away from those few days in the office, you’ll be able to manage your business in a way that suits you. Don’t get me wrong, this is recruitment – there will always be targets we need to hit, however you’ll be managing your own time in a way that works for you. We recently expanded into America, we have serious growth plans over the coming years and you’ll be able to play a huge part in that.
In terms of what’s on offer –
Up to 50% commission with no threshold
30% Profit Share
Trips away to Europe, New York, Vegas etc (once we’re allowed again)
Continuous training & development
