Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
I don't want to sit here and bullet point a list of things that you'll be responsible for.
That's not why you're looking at this. You want to know why you should leave what you're doing now, to come and do this.
Whether it's to be in a better working culture, the chance to step up from QA Manager (or similar), or to get exposure to a wider customer base I'm confident this will have something to offer.
PS don't worry if you're already operating at a similar level, they'll look at either someone stepping up in to the role or someone that can come in and hit the ground running.
I'm not going to lie, it's not the type of role if you want to come in and stand still. There's lots to do, it's fast paced and you'll need to come in with energy and enthusiasm (very clich words, I know.)
But it's the truth, and I'd rather say now!
You'd be coming in to manage a team of 13, and a large part of the role will also be about how you can come in, get the team engaged and help with their development.
Like I say, I don't want to give you a list of responsibilities. At the end of the day, you'll be responsible for all things safety and quality, and keeping the customers happy!
