As you will be reporting to the technical manager/head of technical you will be required to step in for the Technical Manager in their absence, giving you that important exposure and experience. With that in mind, it's safe to say they're not just focusing on the here and now, and you'll be expected to come in with a real hunger to learn and develop.
You'll be stepping foot in to a well-established technical team that are all on the same page and working well together to get to where they need to be.
As far as the business goes, they work with fresh produce so experience in this product range would put you in an even better position as ideally they need someone that is used to working at a fast pace. But don't let that put you off applying if not.
Plenty for you to get your teeth stuck in to with this role.
